Pagne Brut is a Champagne that pairs great with any food because of its very subtle notes and of its mix with Pinot Blanc.

THE BLEND
The Pinot Noir predominance (80%) provides the structure that is so new and Pagne, while Chardonnay (10%) adds the elegance essential in a perfectly balanced wine, and a touch of Pinot Blanc (10%) rounds out the blend.
The aging of this Champagne (2 years minimum) gives freshness to the drink.
