Shipping and returns

Please notice that you agree to the following terms and conditions when shopping in Pagne’s online shop under the web-site www.lepagne.dk.

SHIPPING COSTS

Denmark: PostNord DKK 49,-
USA: UPS 1 to 4 days door to door delivery, 29 USD
Europe: UPS shipping, 35 eur

Remember to pick up our parcel!! If the customer does not pick up a parcel and the parcel is shipped back to us we will charge a fee of minimum 20 USD for zones outside of Denmark

Products that are on stock will be shipped from our facility within 1-3 working days.

We ship with PostNord or UPS.

Pagne will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your legal rights. We ensure that our goods are packaged in a way that protects them during the shipment but sometimes damage does occur. We apologize for any inconvenience that it might cause. If anything has been damaged during the shipment please contact us at info@pagne.dk

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The customer has the right to return products to Pagne. The customer must return the new and unused products to Pagne within 30 days from the delivery date. If the products are returned 31-35 days after the delivery date the customer will receive a store credit.  Pagne does not cover return shipping cost.

Price and payment

The payment will be done via the following credit cards: Visa, EuroCard, MasterCard, American Express. In case of delivery outside EU the customer is obliged to bear the customs duties and further costs incurred. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so the customer should contact the local customs office for further information. We do not offer tax-free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. If the package is not picked up by the customer and any kind off fee is added, the customer is responsible for the extra cost and will be charged all costs and expenses associated with the return-shipment. This includes freight charges, any extra payments, duties, taxes, levies, and fees for Link Logistics a/s prepayments, return charges, any additional fees, etc.

Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing. Complaint regarding errors and defects must be notified to Pagne within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs. The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product. Pagne covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
