SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Yes, we ship all over the world with UPS. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
The shipping rate depends on your location also please be aware of customs
regulated by the country of your shipping address. (you can read more on the individual governments websites) Denmark: PostNord DKK 49 DKK. United States: 29 USD. International standard UPS rates from EURO 25 or USD 35.
Products that are in stock will be shipped from our facility within 1-3 working days.
It depends on where you are.
· In Denmark orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days from
the shipment date.
· Worldwide orders will be delivered within 1-4 working days from the shipment date.
· Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with a tracking number. Here
you can track your order and even see an estimated delivery date and time.
PRODUCT
Well, obvisouly France. It is a product made in France and labeled in Copenhagen.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
PAYMENT
The costumer can place an order by following the next steps:
· Select a product and “add to shopping bag”
· Select “go to your shopping bag” to see the detailed information on the selected products.
· Select “checkout”
· Enter all personal information – enter any comments for dispatch – accept Pagne terms.
· Select “approve”
· Fill in the payment form with personal information and credit card details.
You can use any of the payment methods listed below to pay for your order.
· Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
Yes, we do from time to time. Follow our news and check out our seasonal or packages sales.
RETURNS
In case of return, the return form must be completed and attached to the package. Pagne will only cover return costs if the reason for the return is our mistake.
The return must happen within 30 days of delivery and the bottle must not be opened.
You can use any courier that delivers to Denmark or USA. We highly recommend shipping your package with a tracking number so both we and you can keep track of your return. This way you’ll also be able to see when we’ve received it.
When returning an item, we highly recommend sending your parcel with a tracking number. This way you’ll be able to keep track on where the parcel is and if/ when we’ve received it. After receiving a returned item, please give us 1-3 days to process the refund / exchange your
item.
Pagne does not cover return shipping cost. Nor does Pagne cover the original shipping cost in case of a refund.
In case of receiving a
faulty item, please send an email to info@pagne.dk with your order number + a photo of the faulty product and a small text describing the default.
If you receive your order and find that an item ismissing / are incorrect, please write an email to info@pagne.dk with your order number and a small text describing the issue.
